If your AutoChart activation key is not working, first check how many computers have already been activated and verify that the key was entered correctly. AutoChart can be activated on a maximum of two PCs with the same activation key.

Check the Number of Activated Computers
An AutoChart activation key can be used on a maximum of two PCs.
If the key has already been used on two computers, you must deactivate one of those PCs before activating AutoChart on another computer.
Verify the Activation Key
If you have not reached the two-PC limit, carefully check the activation key you entered.
- The activation key contains four groups of four characters.
- Make sure you are not entering the letter O instead of the number 0.
- Dashes are optional. The key can be entered with or without them.
Tip: Carefully compare each character in the activation key before trying again.

- An image of your proof of purchase
