Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return an item for a reason other than a defect*:

  • If you purchased the item you need to return from a retailer, dealer, or service center, you will need to contact them about return/exchange options. The available return or exchange options are determined by the retailer, dealer or service center and their policies.
  • If you need to exchange or return an item you purchased from, please call 1-800-653-0199. Click here for information on our returns and exchanges policy.
  • If you purchased parts from our Parts Portal, please note parts are not returnable, not refundable, and do not have a warranty as stated on the Parts Portal at the time of purchase.
