• Spot-Lock with Jog
  Spot-Lock will hold you in place with unparalleled GPS accuracy. Spot-Lock gives you the power to stay right on top of any productive fishing spot, without touching your trolling motor. With the built-in heading sensor, you can use Jog to move your Spot-Lock location five feet in any direction.
• Drift Mode
  gives you point and shoot navigation for superior boat control in any direction, at any speed without the need of drift socks, kicker motors, or manual operation – even in the heaviest wind and current.
• Heel-Toe Programmable Electric Foot Pedal
  Stow, deploy and adjust the trim on Ulterra, all from the foot pedal — plus a user-programable button to keep the most used features a tap away, including: mark a waypoint, engage AutoPilot, or deploy or retract Minn Kota shallow water anchors. Includes 18' cord.

  Our saltwater or Riptide Ulterras do not have a built-in transducer. The freshwater Ulterras all include a built-in transducer. The transducers available are the Built-In Dual Spectrum Chirp Sonar (DSC), MEGA Down Imaging (MDI), or MEGA Side Imaging (MSI). We do not off the freshwater Ulterras without a built-in transducer.

  • Built-In Dual Spectrum Chirp Sonar
    Keeps your transducer and wiring completely concealed and protected running everything through the trolling motor's shaft. By covering a wide range of frequencies, Humminbird®'s CHIRP produces more accurate, more detailed returns of fish, structure and the bottom than traditional sonar.

Specifications

• Available Thrust and Voltage Options
  Like the Ultrex, the Ulterra is available in 80 and 112 lbs of thrust and performs just as well as the Terrova and PowerDrive motors. The 80 lbs thrust Ulterra is a 24 volt motor. The 112 lbs thrust Ulterra is a 36 volt motor. We do not offer a 12 volt Ulterra.
• Available Shaft Lengths
  The Ulterra is available in shaft lengths of 45" and 60". The shaft on the Ulterra cannot be lengthened or shortened as it would be cost prohibitive. The are many major components of the motor that would need to be replaced as well as the shaft including the trim motor and the lower unit.
• Mounting Holes
  All brushed Ulterras have the same mounting hole patterns as our electric steer motors for easy interchangeability between new and older Ulterras and upgrading from another electric steer motor to the Ulterra.
• Shipping Weight
  The weight of the Ulterra can vary based on the options on the motor. The shipping weights are listed in the charts below.
