Can We Repair Your Unit?

Technology moves fast, and sometimes parts for older models just aren’t available anymore. Here’s what you need to know:

• If your model isn’t listed below on our repair fee list, we’re no longer able to repair it.
• We’re unable to service any BottomLine, Geonav, or Zercom products.
• Even if your model is listed, some issues may still be unrepairable depending on the problem. If you’re unsure, just reach out—we’re happy to help!
• The ground return shipping & handling fee is included in the below Repair Fees. If an expedited service is required, an additional fee will be accessed.
• We service and repair complete units.
• We do not sell internal components to our fish finders or transducers.
• If the unit has physical damage like a cracked or broken display, please call us for a quote. The standard service charge may not apply.

Before You Send It In

Here’s what to do before shipping your unit:

1. Contact our Technical Support Team to get started.  A Repair Authorization is required.
2. Fill out the Unit Repair Form they provide—especially the “Reason for Repair Return” section.
3. Pack your unit securely in a disposable box.  Your repaired unit will not be sent back in the original packaging

If Your Unit Has GPS

• Back up your waypoints before sending.
• Don’t include your map card unless we specifically ask for it.
• If your issue is GPS-related and you use an external antenna, please include it in the box.

How We Keep In Touch

• We send order and shipment confirmations for all order types. Order confirmations are sent shortly after an order has been placed. Shipment confirmations that include tracking numbers are sent in the evening after the shipment has been made.
• Make sure you add do_not_reply@johnsonoutdoors.com to your safe sender list so these emails are not blocked and placed in your spam folder.
• This includes: sales orders, repair orders, credit returns and transducer exchanges.
