The AS ETH 5PGL is an Ethernet switch for connecting compatible fish finders and Ethernet accessories. Compatibility depends on the connected product and, for some devices, the installed software version.

Compatible Fish Finders
The AS ETH 5PGL is compatible with:
- A Series models
- X Series models
- APEX models
- XPLORE models
- SOLIX models
- Select HELIX 7-12 G3N models
- Select HELIX 7-15 G4N models
Software Requirements
Use the following minimum software versions for compatibility:

Note: Always confirm that compatible products are running the required software version or higher before troubleshooting Ethernet communication.
Compatible Ethernet Devices
The AS ETH 5PGL is also compatible with the following devices:
- HB 2124 CHIRP Radar
- AS ETH NMEA2K
- Minn Kota motors with i-Pilot Link (Bluetooth models only) at software version 1.440 or higher
- Minn Kota motors with Advanced GPS Navigation at software version 2.200 or higher
- MEGA Live Imaging at software version 1.290 or higher
- MEGA Live TargetLock at software version 1.180 or higher
- AS ETH 5PGL
- AS ETH 5PXG
Using AS ETH 5PGL with AS ETH 5PXG
The AS ETH 5PGL and AS ETH 5PXG can be used on the same network.
Important: If at least one AS ETH 5PXG is installed on a network with an AS ETH 5PGL, the AS ETH 5PXG network limitations apply to the entire network.
Devices Not Compatible
The following products are not compatible with the AS ETH 5PGL:
- AS 360 Imaging (non-MEGA)
- SM1000 Sonar Module
- SM2000 Sonar Module
- SM3000 Sonar Module
Caution: Do not include these devices when planning an Ethernet network that uses the AS ETH 5PGL.
