Push-to-Test Battery meters are included on select Minn Kota Motor Models. When the button is pressed the LEDs will light up to show 25%, 50%, 75%, or Full Charge. The charge levels assume good Lead-Acid Batteries, either AGM or Flooded Lead-Acid Construction. The measurements are not valid for Lithium or Gel Cell battery types. For an accurate test the motor can be stowed or deployed, however the prop should not have been running in the last 30 seconds, to allow the battery system to recover from the load of the running prop.
